The agency had problems associated
with third-party management of fulfillment,
incident and insurance records for
various field vehicles, and general
communications. This prompted them
to move these processes in-house.

Solution |
CTE formulated a multi-platform
access system to enable the company
to efficiently manage the entire campaign
remotely. CTE architected a solution
using off the shelf products and industry
standard technologies and delivered
a robust and scalable enterprise level
solution, with distributed workflow.
The system could be accessed using
standard browsers as well as Internet
enabled PDA’s. The AvantGo Enterprise
server was used to access the system
remotely through the PDA. |
