The company is a

leader in the audio equipment industry.
The company designs, manufactures
and markets high-performance loudspeakers
for use in home music and audio-video
systems, after-market automotive systems,
and personal desktop audio systems.
CTE was mandated to develop an eCommerce
solution that would showcase its multimedia
products. While it was also intended
to offer a means for its customers
to purchase products online, it also
was to promote alternate distribution
channels. |

Solution |
CTE worked on multiple aspects
of the company’s website. The
primary task was to ensure the system
against fraud by implementing a real-time
fraud detection and prevention mechanism.
Other tasks included overhauling the
e-store front order process and make
it more robust, customer-friendly
and interactive. Adding a generic
promotions module to introduce and
track new promotions within the e-store
front system was another key task.
CTE also re-architected web server
configuration to minimize downtime. |
