Bhaskar Panigrahi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bhaskar has more than 14 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur. He is a confident and innovative leader, and he has a vision of building CTE to be the preeminent single-stop IT services general contractor for mid-size enterprises. Bhaskar has extensive experience in setting up, building, directing, and formulating corporate strategy for various successful organizations. Recently, Bhaskar led Cambridge Technology Enterprises’ successful IPO on both the Bombay and National Stock Exchanges in India. Under his leadership, Cambridge Technology has grown at 100% CAGR during the last three years. Prior to Cambridge Technology Enterprises, Bhaskar served as the CEO of CellExchange, an enterprise systems developer for government agencies and departments. Before that, he served as the CEO of Unique Computing Solutions, an Internet technology and services firm. In 1999, he co-founded e-Solutions Integrator, an e-business consulting firm that subsequently merged with Unique Computing Solutions. Bhaskar promoted two other technology companies, Mascot Networks (a product and solutions provider in the education market) and Trading Research Design (a financial risk management solution provider). He started his career as a technologist at IBM and State Street Bank, and at TELCO he was the chief architect of some of the Web's earliest products. Bhaskar holds a BS in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Suratkal, India. Bhaskar firmly believes that the most valuable assets for a company are the deep relationship with the customer coupled with excellent execution and superior talent. He spends as much time as possible coaching and mentoring his management team and helping his employees embrace the feeling that working at CTE is more than just developing revolutionary solutions and applications for clients or innovating with the latest technologies. Besides his entrepreneurial interests, he enjoys golf, keenly follows cricket, and loves social networking.

Krishna Nangegadda, Whole Time Director
Krishna founded Unique Computing Solutions in 1995 and built it into one of North America's fastest growing organizations, which later merged with CellExchange. In 1986. Krishna founded UNICS InfoTech Ltd, one of the most successful system integration and IT products companies in India. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he worked in sales and business development for HCL, and Larsen & Toubro Ltd., two of India's largest corporations. Krishna holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, and has attended Masters Programs at Harvard and Northeastern Universities in Boston, Massachusetts.
Swaroop Dharani, Whole Time Director
Swaroop heads the overall operations in India and is specifically responsible for all the corporate governance and statutory compliances-related aspects of CTEL. Prior to his association with CTEL, Swaroop co-founded a successful IT systems integration company of more than 150 personnel. Swaroop holds an electrical engineering degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.
Kamlesh Gandhi, Independent Director
Kamlesh Gandhi has more than 35 years experience in the capital and financial markets in India. He has been a member of BSE for over 14 years, has been on the board of directors of the Association of Merchant Bankers of India (AMBI) since its inception, and was director of AMBI from 2004 to 2006. He is also the one of the founders of the Stock Brokers Underwriters Association and served the organization for 6 years. During his career, he has been involved in raising funds in over 300 capital issues and has been involved in the placement of equities of several companies with retail, high net worth, and institutional investors, both domestically and overseas. Presently, he is the country head of investment banking at RELIGARE, a leading stock brokerage and investment banking firm. Prior to that he was the executive director of Centrum Capital Limited, Mumbai, and was responsible for initiating and building the capabilities for offering equity-related capital market services to companies, setting up their investment management services division, and ramping up their stockbroker activities. Before that, he started his career as vice president at Champaklal Investment & Financial Consultancy Ltd, (CIFCO), Mumbai, and rose to the position of the company’s chairman and managing director. He is a thought leader and influencer in the Indian capital markets and has represented India as the speaker in numerous investors’ forums around the world. He has been a non-executive director of several companies, including Dr. Reddy’s Group and Raasi Group and he is currently on the boards of Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Limited, Bhagyanagar India Limited, Kirloskar Electric Company Limited, and The Bombay Swadeshi Stores Limited.
H.K. Katti, Independent Director
H. K. Katti is the managing director and executive vice president of Knowledge Systems Private Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER Inc., USA, and a billion-dollar global software company. He has a blend of business and technology skills and has over 25 years of IT industry experience. He started his career with Indian Defense Lab as a senior scientific officer and as head of their signal processing and graphics division. At Wipro, he made substantial contributions towards its all-around growth. He was in charge of Wipro's worldwide software operations that included products, projects, and consultancy businesses. He was instrumental in identifying and growing customer accounts, including Nortel, HP, Sequent, and GE. Prior to founding Knowledge Systems, he was managing director of Cambridge Information Technology, an organization that focused on delivering world-class distributed solutions to international customers.
B.Muralidhar, Independent Director
B.Muralidhar is the Director on board of DS Unics Infotech Ltd and is responsible for the Finance & Accounts of the company. He has played a key role in setting up and scaling extensive IT hardware sales, services for the company and has all round exposure to Software deployment, maintenance and support services for customers in India. Prior to joining DS Unics, he was with Southern Agencies, and established the dealer network across the states in South India for them. He is a Commerce Graduate from Andhra University and holds an MBA from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Ranchi”
