Bhaskar Panigrahi, Chairman

Bhaskar has more than 14 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur. Bhaskar has extensive experience in setting up, building, directing, and formulating corporate strategy for various successful organizations. Recently, Bhaskar led Cambridge Technology Enterprises’ successful IPO on both the Bombay and National Stock Exchanges in India. Under his leadership, Cambridge Technology has grown at 100% CAGR during the last three years. Prior to Cambridge Technology Enterprises, Bhaskar served as the CEO of CellExchange, an enterprise systems developer for government agencies and departments. Before that, he served as the CEO of Unique Computing Solutions, an Internet technology and services firm. In 1999, he co-founded e-Solutions Integrator, an e-business consulting firm that subsequently merged with Unique Computing Solutions. Bhaskar promoted two other technology companies, Mascot Networks (a product and solutions provider in the education market) and Trading Research Design (a financial risk management solution provider). He started his career as a technologist at IBM and State Street Bank, and at TELCO he was the chief architect of some of the Web's earliest products. Bhaskar holds a BS in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Suratkal, India. Bhaskar firmly believes that the most valuable assets for a company are the deep relationship with the customer coupled with excellent execution and superior talent. He spends as much time as possible coaching and mentoring his management team and helping his employees embrace the feeling that working at CTE is more than just developing revolutionary solutions and applications for clients or innovating with the latest technologies. Besides his entrepreneurial interests, he enjoys golf, keenly follows cricket, and loves social networking.

Swaroop Dharani, Whole Time Director

Swaroop heads the overall operations in India and is specifically responsible for all the corporate governance and statutory compliances-related aspects of CTEL. Prior to his association with CTEL, Swaroop co-founded a successful IT systems integration company of more than 150 personnel. Swaroop holds an electrical engineering degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.

Tejesh Kodali, Whole Time Director

Tejesh Kodali has more than fourteen years of functional experience in software and finance industry and has good experience in strategic technology advisory services, information system consultancy services, technology procurement, project-based capacity building and technological project management services. He has achieved great success in technology integration, business management, marketing, and operations in the IT sector globally. Teja is currently the CEO and Chairman of LGS Global Ltd, a provider of information technology, business process outsourcing and business solutions to financial, healthcare and chemical companies based at Hyderabad, India.

He was conferred with Global Business Leadership Award from World Economic Progress Society in the year 2008. He has a Bachelor of Science and MBA/PGDM from Rockville University to his credit.

K R Chari, Independent Director

TKumanduri Ranga Chari, a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Industrial Engineering, is currently a professor in the Operations Management department at Birla Institute of Management Technology, New Delhi. In the recent past he was the Energy Advisor to National Productivity Council of India and also the President and CEO of SRC Systems and Reengineering Consultants. He has over 37 years of industry experience with a good blend of business and technology skills. Prior to being the advisor to National Productivity Council, he has served at the top management levels of various organizations in India and at the US, including ABC Consultants (P) Ltd, Indotronics Computers Private Limited, New Horizons Software Co., and Unique Computing Solutions. He started his career at National Productivity Council and went on to become the Regional Director for Andhra Pradesh.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), Convener (Industry group) of Energy Conservation Mission and a Member of Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST). He is a qualified Lead Assessor of ISO 9000. He has authored more than 50 technical papers in various international, national and local technical forums. He has participated in many specialized international training programs in Industrial Application of Computers, Corporate Planning, computerization and Advanced Management program for senior consultants and has a working exposure to more than 400 industrial, service and governmental organizations.

L Sridhar, Independent Director

Lalpet Sridhar is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. Prior to his career as CA, he has served as the General Manager (Finance & Accounts) in Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemical Limited, an ISO 9002/14001 Certified and listed Company. Before that he has served as the Finance Manager and Company Secretary of Gayatri Starchkem Limited and Divyashakti Granites Ltd., both Hyderabad, India based companies. Prior to that, he was the Accounts Manager in Hyderabad Allwyn Ltd. He is a science graduate and holds a Diploma in information System Audit from ICAI. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

B.Muralidhar, Independent Director

B.Muralidhar is the Director on board of DS Unics Infotech Ltd and is responsible for the Finance & Accounts of the company. He has played a key role in setting up and scaling extensive IT hardware sales, services for the company and has all round exposure to Software deployment, maintenance and support services for customers in India. Prior to joining DS Unics, he was with Southern Agencies, and established the dealer network across the states in South India for them. He is a Commerce Graduate from Andhra University and holds an MBA from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Ranchi”
