During the workshops, CTE shares knowledge of its methodologies, processes, and systems to ensure that client teams can fully and independently represent the outcome of the workshop. CTE delivers the framework for idea generation and prioritization, tools, technologies and techniques used for rapid development.

At the end of the CEW engagement, the client enterprise team presents the solution and business case to its senior management, and uses the deliverables from the Workshops as the first step toward extending IT infrastructure to solve their business problems, and developing an IT strategy that supports their business objectives.

CEW Enablers

CEWs enable organizations to transition quickly and successfully from Problem to Solution and then to Implementation by addressing the following four areas: Support, Empowerment, Implementation, and Business Case.

Support Executive Sponsorship & Organizational Support
  • CTE ensures that the focus is aligned with the client organization's key goals and objectives by working with a senior champion for the workshop effort
  • Through team member selection and the final presentation to the client's executive management, CTE’s workshop approach secures support across the organization for the strategy and solution
Empowerment Executive Visibility and Team Representation
  • CTE assists the customer in identifying the right team members to maximize the workshop's value to the organization, based on criteria such as expertise, influence, and team dynamics
  • Cross-functional customer teams brainstorm and contribute ideas freely as they work with one another and with the CTE staff
  • CTE professionally trains the customer team to present the solution and accompanying business case in a compelling manner to customer senior executives
Implementation Prototype & Implementation Roadmap
  • The prototype visualizes the solution ideas and provides the basis for application deployment
  • Daily iterations of the prototype allow rapid idea incorporation; this flexibility is reflected in the resulting application, ideal for changing business environments
  • An implementation road map tailored to the customer's organizational plans shows next steps to build the solution in independently beneficial 15-week phases, enabling quick capture of the returns shown in the business case
Business Case New Strategies & Solution Support
  • Using the "Right Hand/Left Hand" framework as well as identifying goals, critical success factors and lazy assets, CTE assists and empower the customer to create new competitive strategies
  • During the intense workshop process, CTE teaches the customer team to develop and present compelling quantitative and qualitative benefits, costs analysis, and the deployment roadmap for these strategies
