Assessment |
An Architecture Assessment
focuses on creating an Affordable & Adaptable
IT (A2IT) Blueprint. It is meant to help tie
IT to business on a global scale looking at
business, process and technology. The Assessment
looks at architecture, infrastructure, planning
and governance. |

Workshop |
Visioning Workshops are
conducted to define a shared business/IT vision.
The process starts by profoundly understanding
the business problem and engaging key senior
stakeholders in an idea generation environment.
The team groups and prioritizes ideas to structure
high-level workstreams that collectively move
the organization from the “as-is”
situation to the “to-be” stage. |

Workshop |
The Application Workshop
builds on the vision and goals as developed
in the Visioning Workshop (or equivalent) by
taking one if the identified workstreams and
creating a focused requirements-based prototype
visualization of the desired end product. |

| Pilot |
The Pilot takes a spiral-based
delivery approach to rapidly demonstrate value
to the customer. It is a natural extension off
of an application workshop, and it can be viewed
as the 1st spiral of a rapid application development
process. |
