Agile Development

CTE uses agile development methodology in shorter iterations/spirals, to ensure that we capture evolving requirements of our customers as the project progresses and that minimize the risk that a custom application will be non compliant with the final requirement. Each part of the application development process is divided into iterations that include planning, development, and testing. We ensure that at the end of each iteration there are no bugs and ensure a minimum risk situation.

Scrum

At CTE, we understand that customer requirements might change during the development process. Requirement changes cannot be addressed effectively in a traditional carved-in-stone plan methodology. Depending on customer requirements, CTE utilizes scrum methodology.
