CTE was engaged to integrate the company’s product with SAP. The company’s product - a workforce application suite, utilizes collaboration between HR and business contacts within the enterprise. The company is faced with many opportunities to interface data from the ERP applications - SAP to their workforce application suite and vice-versa, to provide customers with additional automation of their Human Resource Management process.

Solution

CTE implemented Oracle Financials, Purchasing, and OPM and developed an interface with the customer's legacy maintenance planning system. CTE also provided remote DBA resources that allowed this client to support the Oracle system without hiring a new DBA after their DBA retired.
