Inc., today announced that the NRI Welfare Society of India had awarded
its Hind Ratna Award to Bhaskar C. Panigrahi, CEO - Cambridge Technology
Enterprises Inc. The award will be presented to Mr. Panigrahi at the 20th
International Congress of Non-Resident Indians, scheduled to be held on
January 24-27, 2001 at the Hotel Le Meridien in New Delhi, India.

The NRI Welfare Society of India is the premier organization representing
the interests of Non Resident Indians (NRIs) and provides a link between
the Indian Government and NRIs. The Society organizes one Congress in
New Delhi and one outside India annually. NRIs from different parts of
the world participate in the Congress to share their views and suggest
ways to attract NRI investment in the country. At every Congress, the
Society also honors NRIs with the Hind Ratna Award for their outstanding
services, achievements and contributions.
