Cambridge Technology Enterprises Unveils Sharp
Statement Center Enterprise Edition Robust solution reduces costs,
increases opportunities for cross-selling |
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - April 15, 2003 - Cambridge
Technology Enterprises (CTE) Inc., a leader in collaborative business innovation
services that accelerate deployment of enterprise applications, today introduced
Sharp Statement Center Enterprise Edition. This XML-based data extraction
application lets enterprises transform paper invoices, pay stubs, work orders,
and the like into dynamic, personalized, interactive sharp statements, allowing
proactive delivery of up-to-the-minute, at-a-glance business information.
The Sharp Statement Center Enterprise Edition (SSC EE) minimizes billing
infrastructure expenditures and call-center support costs, increases cross-selling
opportunities via customized, user-targeted messages, and captures constituent
data for powerful audit tracking and future mining.
With performance enhancing options like interactive presentation, including
informational pop-ups, tutorials, multi-page navigation and user-friendly
interface and other features, the SSC EE creates a reliable, manageable,
and secure distribution process. SSC EE solutions focus on building on legacy
applications and resources to ensure quicker deployment, significant saving
and minimal disruption.
SSC EE enables companies to generate and distribute sharp statements through
interactive, personalized summaries of extracted information. The statements
are powered by a Data Collector capable of interacting and extracting XML-based
information from an array of data sources. The dispatcher enables the distribution
of the statement to multiple destinations and channels. This feature helps
in delivering the statement to the desired destination at various devices
like e-mail and fax, expanding the reach of the enterprise system.
The SSC EE extends its features by allowing the data flow not only from
the back-end systems to the end user, but also by giving access to the "receiver"
to take input from the user's statement and inject data back to the enterprise
system. |
