Cambridge Technology Enterprises (CTE) Inc., helped the Grand River Hospital build an innovative Web-based solution - My Care Source - that enables patients to personalize their care based on a specific treatment plan. Patients can track their responses to therapy, and work with their health care team to find the proper treatment to meet their individual needs. They can also learn more about their personal treatment plan through Web links.
