Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited (CTE) FY 2009 annual consolidated revenue at Rs. 178.32 Crores for FY 2009

Hyderabad, July 01, 2009: Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited (CTE), a global IT services provider a leading provider of SOA based solutions and Enterprise Transformation applications to midsize enterprises and midsize business units of Global 2000 enterprises, today announced its audited results for the fiscal year 2008-2009, 12 months period ending 31st March, 2009.

Highlights

Consolidated Results for the year ended 31st March, 2009

  • Total Revenue on consolidated basis for CTE was Rs. 178.32 Crores (USD 35.00 Million) compared to Rs.90.27 Crores (USD 17.72 Million) of revenue for the 12 month period ended 31st March, 2008 which translates to over 97.54% growth year on year on annualized basis
  • Profit after Tax was Rs. 5.65 Crores (USD 1.11 Million), compared to Rs. 15.44 Crores (USD 3.03 Million) of profit after tax for the 12 month period ended 31st March, 2008 which translates to reduction in profit of 63% year on year on annualized basis
  • Basic and Diluted Earnings per share for the period is Rs. 2.81 and Rs. 3.57 respectively, on basis of post issue paid up capital of Rs.1582.44 lakhs

Consolidated Results for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2009

  • The consolidated revenues for Q4 (January-March 2009) were Rs. 37.90 Crores (USD 7.44 Million) compared to revenues of corresponding Q4 figures last year of Rs 44.59 crores (USD 8.75 Million)
  • Loss after Tax was Rs 7.04 Crores (USD 1.38 Million) for the Q4 quarter, compared to Rs. 8.20 Crores (USD 1.61 Million) of profit after tax for the corresponding quarter in the previous year (Q4 FY 2008)
  • Basic and Diluted Earnings per share for the period is Rs. (4.45) and Rs. (3.51) respectively, on basis of post issue paid up capital of Rs.1582.44 lakhs
