Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited (CTE) Q2 FY 2010 revenues at Rs. 15.38 Crores

Hyderabad, November 03, 2009: Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited (CTE), a global IT services provider a leading provider of SOA based solutions and Enterprise Transformation applications to midsize enterprises and midsize business units of Global 2000 enterprises, announced its un-audited second quarter results for the fiscal year 2009-2010, 3 months period ending 30th September, 2009 approved by the Board of Directors in the meeting held on 30th October, 2009.

Highlights

Consolidated Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2009.

• Total Revenue on consolidated basis for CTE was Rs. 15.38 Crores (USD 3.20 Million) compared to Rs.51.58 Crores (USD 10.73 Million) of revenue for the 3 month period ended 30th September , 2008 which translates to reduction in revenues by 70% year on year on annualized basis. The Q2 revenues compared to Q1 revenues of FY 2010 (sequential revenues) declined by 52%.
• Loss after Tax was Rs 4.65 Crores (USD 0.97 Million) for the Q2 quarter, compared to Rs. 6.35 Crores (USD 1.32 Million) of profit after tax for the corresponding quarter in the previous year (Q2 FY 2009). Q2 FY 2010 loss compared to Q1 loss after tax of FY 2009, improved by 16.36%.
