Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd to acquire Vox Holdings, Inc

Acquisition to add Open Source Expertise

Hyderabad, India January 08, 2010: Cambridge Technology Enterprises (CTE) today announced that the Board of Directors have approved the Letter of Intent (LOI) signed to acquire M/s Vox Holdings Inc., USA. The acquisition is subject to completion of necessary documents, approval of shareholders of the company and necessary regulatory clearance. 

Vox Holdings is focused on accelerating the creation, consumption and monetization of Open Source software and Cloud Computing technologies.  As part of that effort, it runs OStatic.com, a site focused on connecting IT professionals to information on Open Source Software. OStatic has a growing database of Open Source applications (150,000+ and counting), and enables users to find the right open source software for their business or personal needs, evaluate open source and proprietary source alternatives, and collaborate with trusted peers.
