Brian joined CTE after completing an MBA in the Sloan Fellows Program at MIT. Prior to that, Brian was the senior architect at Smith & Nephew, where he led the Digital Operating Room initiative that included video integration, central device control, and medical informatics. Brian also worked as an architect at PTC, for the ‘Windchill’ product line, where he led the EAI integration efforts. Brian has significant experience in software development, marketing, strategy, and sales. He founded C&C Consulting Inc. in 1991, to provide IT services to the legal industry. Besides an MBA, Brian holds an MS in computer science from the University of Massachusetts and was an adjunct faculty member at Daniel Webster College.

Daniel Reilly leads CTE’s Oracle Enterprise Application Practices…

Daniel Reilly has enriched CTE with an experience of more than 20 years in the Enterprise Application practices for process manufacturing industries. He founded Reilly & Associates, Inc., a CTE subsidiary, who has a strong niche in the area of Oracle implementations for process manufacturing companies. Prior to that Dan was the Manager in Process 1 organization for Accenture (formerly Anderson Consulting). Process 1 was a software package developed by Anderson for use in the food and chemical industries. Before that he has was a Sales consultant with Datalogix International, who was one of the premier software vendors with an ERP package focused on Food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical companies. His first stint with the process manufacturing industries started with Anheuser-Busch and Packaging Corporation of America where he was the project manager for the implementation of maintenance planning. He has a BS in Management from Oakland University and a Masters degree in Business Information Systems from Georgia State University. He has also received his APICS certification in production and inventory management.

Dr. Mills has more than 20 years of innovation and technology development experience. He has worked in a wide spectrum of wireless and wire-line telecom and data networking areas, from device to systems architecture and theory to product development. At CTE, Dr. Mills leverages his analytical and quantitative background in decision sciences to deliver data-driven business transformation solutions for clients. Prior to joining CTE, he was the director of research and a research fellow for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, where he led the conceptualization and development of new technologies, products, and services. He has been on the faculty at the University of Notre Dame du Lac, a visiting scientist and a research affiliate with the Laboratory of Information and Decision Systems at MIT. He was also on the advisory committee for the Department of Manufacturing Engineering at Boston University. Dr. Mills earned a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MSEE and a PhD in Systems Theory from Notre Dame. He also holds an MBA from the Sloan Fellows program at MIT.

Bill Hayes specializes in strategy development and provides consulting on key solutions at CCI. In his role as managing partner at Management Systems International, he has led the development of the company’s intricate consulting tools and methods. Prior to that, Bill was director of research and development for Qualtec Quality Services, where his responsibilities included product development, marketing, and executive consulting. He also held various positions in Florida Power & Light Company and was responsible for spearheading functional improvement and corporate documentation efforts for the Deming Prize for Quality Control. Bill holds a BA from the University of Miami's College of Business Administration.

Following a BS in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, ‘Bear’ Baila went through the nuclear power pipeline to serve as a submarine officer. This included over fourteen months of further education, including Naval Nuclear Power School, Nuclear Prototype Training in Windsor, Connecticut, Submarine School, and Communications Officer School. During this career, Baila was selected by Admiral Hyman Rickover for advancement into the Navy nuclear power program. Baila has done post-graduate work in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida and has won several distinguished awards in the field of quality control.
