RoadZen Inc., the largest on-demand roadside assistance in India ties up with Reliance General Insurance
Hyderabad, India, 18 January 2016 – Cambridge Innovations (CI), launched by Cambridge Technology (NSE: CT; BSE: 532801), an IT services leader focused on the convergence of big data and cloud, today announced the major highlights of its investee company, RoadZen Inc.

RoadZen, with its app StrandD, is disrupting the roadside assistance market through a transformative offering. Started in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by a team of Carnegie Mellon alumni, StrandD is the largest on-demand roadside assistance service in India with 18,000 providers in 4,800 cities.
StrandD is building a global footprint through key partnerships and will launch service in its next country in early 2016. It has tied up with Reliance General Insurance and is taking over the roadside assistance for the entire portfolio for every customer of a private vehicle under this insurance, accounting nearly to a million cars a year. Currently, it is starting a pilot with one of the largest state owned oil companies for payments processing at its petrol pumps.
